Synopsis:

Xanda, derives from different schools of martial arts and emerged since the 1970’s in China. Having lasted for over 30 years, it has now evolved into popular tournaments with millions of loyal fans and spectators.

A former fighter turned Xanda Coach named Tieh (Zhang Hong Jun) relentlessly trains his son Lung (Zhao Zi Long) and Lung’s friend Qiang (Sang Wei Lin) with his traditional Kung Fu expertise and unorthodox Xanda training in order to make them become the next champion.

自少習中國武術的張國強 (桑偉淋 飾) 到南方闖天下，遇上到深圳找演出機會，同時也要幫姐姐解決感情糾紛的靈 (倪景陽 飾) ；更以為散打冠軍趙威 (滕軍 飾) 欺凌靈，竟跟趙威一夥人大打出手。結果，張國強被趙威打倒，張國強好友蝦仔 (李鐵 飾) 更慘被打至重傷。由於衝突因靈而起，靈願意承擔蝦仔的醫療費用，但張國強只答應一人一半。為歸還醫療費用，張國強得悉散打比賽有豐厚的獎金，於是懇求好友鐵大龍 (趙子龍 飾) 的父親鐵教練 (張鴻駿 飾) 收他為徒。訓練之後，張國強終於成為一個優秀的散打選手，並贏得挑戰冠軍的資格，可以與趙威在擂台上爭雄……
