Lung (Nick Cheung), a hardworking property agent, is facing a serious situation in life. His girlfriend won’t marry him unless he can buy her a 1000-sq ft apartment in one year’s time. Charlotte (Sammi Cheng), a recent divorcee who just moved out from her ex-husband, is in need of a new place to live. She receives a sizable breakup fee of 4 million dollars. Delivery girl Hak (Angelababy), who is Lung’s step daughter and sees him as a father fighure, owns a small flat given by her estranged mother.
