Synopsis: 

Ekin Cheng and Jordan Chan as a pair of do-gooder doctors who return to Ho Ka Kui General Hospital in order to set things straight. Previously uncaring or simply retired, the two return to righteous medical duty thanks to the ardent desire of Yan (Cecilia Cheung), who wishes to marry one of them, though she can't quite figure out which. While the two work out just who gets to marry the beautiful young doctor, they have to contend with the hospital's nefarious bean-counters, and a variety of natural, and not-so-natural, disasters including traffic accidents, multiple births, bizarre attacks by lighting, and most terrible of all - medical apathy! Directors Johnny To and Wai Ka Fai cook up satire that's both creative and bizarre, but they don't neglect to provide the jokes, which fly by fast and furiously.

新醫生Yan（張柏芝　飾）滿懷希望的到「何求其醫院」A&E工作，豈料醫生Jim（陳小春　飾）教導她的卻是如何出單、申報開銷、避免承擔責任等等。一個老伯被雷劈傷入院，各專科互相推搪，得知老伯是醫院的大贊助人何求其後，又互相爭奪。何求其欲改革，對Yan委以重任，但發覺改革困難，決意找來早已轉行修車的醫生Joe（鄭伊健　飾），與Jim及Yan大改革！
