Synopsis:

A young man dreams of working at a first-rate hotel, but he's stuck managing a love hotel in Kabukicho, an infamous entertainment and red-light district in Tokyo teeming with lovers, streetwalkers, johns and pimps. One day, he learns not only that his sister has become a porn star but also that his singer girlfriend is about to sleep with a music producer in order to get signed to a deal. Over one day at this love hotel, the dreams and desires of tenants intersect and collide in a bittersweet portrait of modern Japan as they try to get through the day while aspiring for something greater.

徹（染谷將太 飾）一心加盟五星級酒店，結果流落成為新宿歌舞伎町內一間愛情酒店的店長，終日被「爆房」情侶、流浪痴 漢、「扯皮條」、妓 女，還有他的脫星親家姐等圍著他團團轉，唯一令他心靈感到慰藉的，便是歌女女友（前田敦子 飾），但女友卻竟為簽唱片公司，準備向知名音樂監製獻身！愛情酒店內進進出出的各人，看似各不相干，但軌跡交錯，背後訴說當下日本社會，夢想依舊只是泡沫，現實倒是百分百殘酷，且荒謬得令人哭笑不得！
