《天梯》是香港電視廣播有限公司民初倫理、愛情電視劇，由陳豪、張可頤及陳茵媺領銜主演，並由黃德斌、羅蘭及蕭正楠聯合演出，監製李添勝。此劇於第十六屆香港國際影視展中，為無綫電視推介的六部重頭劇之一。本劇根據重慶古鎮高灘村一對男女「愛情天梯」的真人真事改編而成。
Synposis :
The drama is a fictionalized account of a true love story between an older woman and a younger man in 1930s China.[Starring Moses Chan as Miu Tin and Maggie Cheung as Koo Sun-yuet, Yuet, the wife of a wealthy businessman, who falls in love with Tin, a man eight years her junior. The two elope to the countryside and lives modestly for the remainder of their lives. Before Tin dies, he handcarves a long stair path on the mountain so Yuet can travel down with ease.
在廣東的二牛村裡，一個叫苗天（陳豪飾）的藥農，10歲時初次見到當時18歲準備嫁到廣州市的新娘子顧新月（張可頤飾），從此之後，新月美麗的樣子一直深刻地留在苗天的腦海裡.
後來苗天帶領鄭嬌（黃德斌飾）等藥農，來到了廣州市最大的藥莊賀正堂賣何首烏。剛從佛山回來的賀世章（張國強飾），因在賀正堂目睹苗天等人被壓價一事，懷 疑大伯父賀坤堯（張翼飾）一直利用大查櫃的身份，斂財詐騙藥莊，一心想找證據對付坤堯。世章後知道苗天等人的何首烏，因為多日下雨而發霉變壞，血本無歸， 於是借錢給苗天回鄉度過難關，要求苗天寫下「欠」字，將來還回人情。
苗天準備與眾藥農回鄉時，在大街上竟然見到二十年前遇見過的新娘子新月，正與子女和丈夫匆匆忙忙上車，而丈夫就是自己的恩人世章。苗天見到新月，如見到一個幾十年好友一樣，臉上展示微笑，心裡為她的幸福而欣慰。
苗天等人回到二牛村後，卻來了個陌生人。這個陌生人原來是三十幾年前，賣豬仔到舊金山建鐵路的村民田福來的女兒田愛娣（陳茵媺飾）。愛娣在苗天和鄭嬌的協 助下，順利地將父母親的骨灰下葬，落葉歸根，並準備回佛山。已決定到廣州市打工的苗天於是與愛娣結伴坐火車離開。到了佛山，愛娣獨自下了火車，苗天見到一 男子前來接愛娣，不過只隱約見到男子的背影，不知他就是賀世章，原來愛娣已是世章不見得光的女.......
