Synopsis:
Since You Kwong Nam (James Wong) has been swindled of his life savings by his scheming cousin on a ruined site, his crippled daughter May (Wang Tsu Hsien) takes up the hard task of turning the premise into a supermarket. May is injured in a traffic accident caused by taxi-driver Joe Leung (Chow Yun Fat) who assumes his reckless driving has made May a cripple. He then volunteers to help her to set up the supermarket……
